Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Since all of our candles are hand-crafted, orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class from Acworth, Georgia. Due to our products being made by hand we do not ship Priority Mail Express.

SHIPPING RATES / TRANSIT

Enjoy free shipping on your orders $65 and up. Please keep in mind that USPS Shipping Rates are based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. Depending on the weight of your order, your package will be sent via Priority Mail  or First Class.  

APO OR FPO ADDRESSES

For APO or FPO addresses, mail is delivered through collaboration efforts between USPS and the Military Postal Service. This process requires packages to go through customs and clearance. Transit times will vary.

 

RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit but we value our Royalty Candlescents customers and will assist in the recovery process. 

We know that things can happen even after carefully wrapping your Royalty candles and accessories,  that’s why we insure your package. If your package is damaged during transit via USPS, we are here to work with you. We will assist you with filing a claim to USPS. However, we need your help. Please email us photos of the damage so we can expedite the claim. Please email your proof to royaltycandlescents@gmail.com

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but appears the package may have actually been stolen. Please contact your carrier within 48 hours to file a mail theft complaint .

WRONG ADDRESS

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect or missing shipping information provided by the customer. Please email us with your order number immediately to royaltycandlescents@gmail.com once you discover the wrong address has been provided. We will edit your shipping address before your package is ready to ship. We cannot make any changes once your Royalty candles have left our hands. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the package if it's marked as not deliverable or return to sender. Your order will be refunded directly to the payment method used however we will deduct the shipping fees associated with the attempt to ship your package.
